This is a world drop, so you dont need to post from what you got it. Any mob lvl 64+ have a chance to drop one.
While I can't speak much for the stats (a lot of your Northrend level 70s will outsource this fairly quickly), for *looks*, this piece is absolutely spectacular. IMO, absolutely worth considering just to be able to transmog it for a ' ninja' suit on your Vegomatic... I mean Enhance Shaman. Or if you want your stealthing hunter to be able to *really* look the part.
The mats, compared to a lot of the epic pieces which take Khorium Bars, aren't anything to scream at, either. The only part that might give headaches are farming for the Primals, and at level 85, it's not a matter of danger so much as a whole lot of time and patience.
I had these drop in Magisters' Terrace while I was running it repeatedly to get Exalted with the Shattered Sun Offensive. Anytime I come across something like this I always have the quandary of whether to try selling it or learn it....
