To get this Quest you need to max tailoring to 100. After that go to [npc=164937] in Torghast to get this Quest now You need to move to [npc=156681] 45 31 in Oribos.

After finish You will be able to buy Recipes from same NPC:

Grim-Veiled Belt
Grim-Veiled Bracers
Grim-Veiled Cape
Grim-Veiled Hood
Grim-Veiled Mittens
Grim-Veiled Pants
Grim-Veiled Robe
Grim-Veiled Sandals
Grim-Veiled Spaulders

You using this item to make Legendary items.

Just to let you know, you do NOT want to use "create all" when training this stuff.

Let's say you're on Rank 1 have enough mats to create 20 but you're only 5 away from Rank 2. If you use Create All it will get you to Rank 2 but everything after that it will still create as Rank 1 (even though you'd think it would create Rank 2). Once you get to Rank 2 you want to stop creating and start creating with the new rank obviously, but it doesn't automatically work that way.

So again, do not use Create All if you're going to change Ranks in the process.
