TheWoWDBWith the added stats from 2.0.7, this belt has become one of the bext caster belts that i have seen imo. I was hesitant to sell the recipe on the AH but now it was well worth learning prior to 2.0.7. This belt being a BOE makes it obtainable to everyone but the price will be hefty seeming it takes a Primal Nether(BOP) which is rare in 5 mans unless your running Heroic.
