Riding crop does NOT stack with carrot/spurs/enchant. The other 3 combined is 9%, theres a 10% cap, so your expensive riding crop trinket would only give you 1%.
True, it only gives 10% total, which is 1% more than all the rest. The difference though is now you don't have to carry around all the extra gear just for when you are riding! And if you use a UI mod that auto-switches into your riding gear, you don't have to worry about not being able to switch out of it when you get attacked by a mob or another player.
