I saw it at 100 too. Not sure what level it was Orange at but it was Yellow at 100. IMPORTANT NOTE: Steel (Iron Bar and Coal) is only skill-worthy from 125 to 135, but Iron is Green past 135. Therefore when you hit 125, stop smelting Iron, and turn all the bars you have into Steel till 135. Then go back to smelting Iron. Yellow 100 (possibly below) Green 125 Grey 150
