While crafting these potions I discovered Flask of Pure Death, which surprised me, I thought you could only discover flasks from elixirs and flasks. See screenshot.
Edit: I must've been really lucky, after 120 potions made, I had discovered two flask recipes. Pure Death and Blinding Light
