As a level 57 mage i found it very easy to farm Mountain Lion's and Hulking Mountain Lion's for the meat. Droprate is around 65%.
From 150-190 in an hour.
You got this recipe from doing a quest in Hillsbrad but the quest to get this recipe no longer exists.
