While this may be the newest caster enchant in the game currently, I would not say that this is very good in a PvE environment. In fact, -2% threat is currently the best enchant for PvE. Nearly every boss encounter you face in 10/25 man dungeons have little to no resist (unless they are immune to a spell school) and warlock curses take care of the little resist that there may be. -2% threat is arguably better because it will give you that ability to do more dps.
In PvE you will have Curse of Shadow and Curse of the Elements, which removes 88 resistance from all schools but nature.
