This was trainable from Weaponsmithing trainers, but Blizzard "forgot" to move the spells to general BS trainers when they removed the specialities.

The mats for this weapon are not too difficult to obtain except for the primal mights.
Since you're probably a blacksmith you have to buy the primal mights which costs about 130g each in the ah.

Gather materials for 4 primal mights and sell them at the ah and you will get close to what the primal mights will cost.

This is a BoP weapon, you will never make them for other people than yourself or the vendor so try to keep the costs down.

I would suggest not to upgrade this weapon at once, instead use some of the 12 very-hard-to-come-by primal nethers (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=23572) for a few Khorium Champions (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=23541) that could make you a very rich man.

"Gather materials for 4 primal mights and sell them at the ah and you will get close to what the primal mights will cost" It's a lot better to just pay an alchemist about 10G for a transmute, a lot of alchemists have transmute mastery and hence transmute prices are low and they are eager to help out.
