TheWoWDBThis very nice mace is crafted by having blacksmithing and being a Master Hammersmith.
You can upgrade the mace as you progress in the game. Getting the first level
simply require you to farm all the mats and getting the skill required. The second step
and last requires quite a bit more than that.The first step - Drakefist Hammer (BS 350 skill)

normal and heroic raids. They are not so common in normal mode though.The third and last step - Dragonstrike (BS 375 skill)

This was trainable for Master Hammersmiths from Weaponsmithing trainers, but Blizzard "forgot" to move the spells to general BS trainers when they removed the specialities.
A question for those who have been able to upgrade their drakefist to this:
