It really depends on your class and spec. My ret paladin for example will be carrying this. (have mats just not lvl of BSing skill). But if you're a druid (for example) this would suck for you. It's also worth mentioning, this item upgrades into http://www.wowhead.com/?item=28442 This is the last form of the item. only downer if your guild isn't doing SSC or higher instance you can't the Primal Vortex you'll need for this.
