Just learnt this in game and the mats recorded here are wrong.
You need
2 Huge Emeralds
1 Thorium Setting
1 Thorium Bar

As of today, mats required are 2 huge emeralds and 1 thorium setting; turns from red to yellow to make at 310, not 300 as listed by Wowhead.
