TheWoWDBThe pattern for this stopped being trainable/learnable when Blizz removed specialized leatherworking. At this point (5.1.0) it is not obtainable in-game, unless one had already learned it long ago.

I am a little confused about the equip: ... stats on this item. First increased damage and healing by up to 16
then increased healing only by up to 31.
Does that make the healing on these a grand total of +47?These are very nice bracers which i plan to make for my resto druid very soon!
