TheWoWDBWell, first, it heals for more than Super Healing Potion. Additionally, you can use this when you start taking damage, as opposed to after you've taken a large amount; similar to Fel Mana, where the idea is you use it when you start losing mana, as opposed to when you've already lost a great deal of mana. This way, you'll use the potion earlier - and hence your two minute cooldown will be down sooner, which may be crucial on longer raid encounters.

Hum, if this is on the same cooldown as other potions, i don't really see in which situation this thing could be more useful than a normal healing potion.
However the problem is while this restores more, it drops 15 in all stats. Thats a fairly steep drop unless you're running w/ an elixir of mastery.
