This can be useful for a tank who drops below the crit cap in certain situations (i.e. with resistance gear on.)
This potion is great for World PvP and Battlegrounds ONLY if your gear already has a high amount of resilience. Resilience works in high numbers so just using this potion and no other resilience would be a waste. The potion effect is removed when you die, however with high amounts of resilience and a really good group, this potion will last the entire duration.
