TheWoWDBI have a Horde toon who is trying to get gnome engineering. I am required to have an Accurate Scope. I visited Mazk Snipeshot and he does not have the scope, nor does he have a recipe or pattern. Is there another NPC who has this item? It is not in my list of things that I can make as an engineer.

Got mine from Mazk Snipeshot, Booty Bay at the Old Port Authority. 28.5,75.1. He only carries 1 at a time so, may need to wait for a respawn.

He has only one recipe, so, probably, someone just've bought it before your visit. :)
