Uncommon Gems will crush for around 1-2 Dust, Rare Gems will crush for around 2-3 Dust, and Epic Gems will crush for around 3-6 Dust.You can exchange 10 [item=204356] for 1 [[currency=361]]

Did some testing:
150 Uncommon Gems (50x casts) = 75 Dust (~1.5)
150 Rare Gems (50x Casts) = 130 dust (~2.6)
45 Epic Gems (15 casts) = 66 dust (~4.4)depending a lot on your realm's economy, but likely a cheap rare gem will be your best dust per gold as the epic gems are quite pricey for TW still.
YMMV, but i have all my recipes now and don't need to do anymore hyper repetitive dailies!
EDIT: you cannot multibuy the tokens and have to buy them all individually. still better than nothing i guess.
