Here are the correct base mats needed:

30 Knothide Leather
10 Mote of Fire
48 Fel Iron Ore
120 Adamantite Ore
32 Eternium Ore
6 Khorium Ore
2 Nightseye

Note: this does not take 16 Eternium Ore or 60 Adamantite Ore as others have stated. It is a common mistake to calculate the number of bars needed and not double it to get the number of ore needed.
