Voidfire Deathcycle

In case anyone is wondering what to do once you obtain all 6 pieces, here you go:

Go to Dornogal in the area where you queue up for the Horrific Visions (SW corner of the city). On the west (left) side of the Horrific Vision display and vendors is a small spotlight with a transparent version of the bike under it. Click on that bike and install the pieces. Once you install all the pieces and push the irresistible red button, the mount will be added to your collection.

I'm pretty sure the drop rate is bugged in Visions of Orgrimmar for some players—specifically for the "Wheel Spokes" components. You need 2x [item=240193] and 2x [item=240178], which are then compared to 2x [item=240179].

When the corruption event started (Visions of Stormwind), I looted [item=240193] on my main and [item=240178] on my alt. I sent the item from my alt to my main and successfully compared them with [item=240179], and everything worked fine at the time.

However, since Visions of Orgrimmar began, I haven’t been able to loot either [item=240193] or [item=240178] again. I've done over 100 runs with 1 mask using three different alts, and several 5-mask and even 8-mask clears with my main—still, the items won't drop.

I suspect the issue is related to how I looted one item on my main and the other on my alt during Stormwind week, which may have caused my account to get bugged. I even tried the item restoration tool on the Blizzard website, but the items weren't listed. I placed [item=240179] into my Warband Bank hoping it might trigger the drops, but nothing changed. I also submitted an in-game bug report, but there's been no resolution so far.

This is the third time Blizzard has released a patch with a major bug, just like what happened with the Radiance patch.

Ironically, my friend looted both [item=240193] and [item=240178] during Visions of Stormwind but never compared them. When he entered Visions of Orgrimmar with just 1 mask, he got the items on his first run. Now he has 2x [item=240193], 2x [item=240178], and successfully completed the comparison with 2x [item=240179]—and got the mount [item=211089] Voidfire Deathcycle... GG.

UPDATE:
I submitted a ticket to Blizzard,

And the first GM said
"In order to loot [item=240193] and [item=240178], you need to do the Corruption Run using only one mask on your main character — the same one you completed the quests with."
And I did it twice with my main after that message, still no drop

"The second GM asked for screenshots from my main character while looting the chests."
And I sent them to him

"The third GM said the drop rate is low and that I just got unlucky."
That really frustrated me because I’ve done over 100 runs.

"The fourth GM told me to submit a bug report and said the developers will look into it"
But I’ve already submitted one 4 weeks ago, another 2 weeks ago, and one just this week!

"The fifth GM replied: 'As we have no known issues with the Voidfire Deathcycle, Customer Support cannot simply grant the missing components to players who believe the quests are bugged. It likely is just terrible luck!'"
So basically, he confirmed there’s no bug at all. I sent him multiple links from Wowhead and told him, 'Are all these people crazy then?' I asked to be transferred to a GM who actually understands the issue.

"The sixth GM replied First of all, I really appreciate you taking the time to write and explain your situation.
After reviewing all previous interactions and thoroughly checking your character, I understand you have completed the necessary quests to obtain the [item=240193] and [item=240178], yet you have not been able to loot these items so far.
Therefore, having confirmed your progress, I have proceeded to grant you these missing items so you can now obtain the [item=211089] mount without any further issue."

He finally helped me and sent me [item=240193] and [item=240178] to my main i and i received my [item=211089] Voidfire Deathcycle

If you are not having luck getting the Voidfire Deathcycle for step one in Horrific Visions Revisited: I just tested this with two 660+ geared folks. The mob is just too small, even slowing DPS it will bug out, so here is the solution. Solo the event BUT bring Soridormi and DPS spec and put on your favorite mask. As pointed out by Dratnos, the NPC makes the mobs scale to 3x the health or more, which does make them harder but this allows the bike to live an the NPC rider to pop out so you can kill it and then interact with the illusion bike that shows up after. Use the magnifying glass over the translucent bike and you are good to go. You can exit the event without completing and the bike will be in Dornogal at 33.43 67.70 right next to the event entrance.
