Currently on the PTR the mats are:
Fel Iron Casing x 2 (6x Fel Iron Bar)
Elemental Blasting Powder x 20 (5x Mote of Fire, 10x Mote of Earth)
Handful of Fel Iron Bolts x 20 (approx 20x Fel Iron Bar)
Star Wood x 8Not a bad change for those with an engie alt.
And level use has been reduced from 70 to 60, and from Engineering 350 to 300
This is now taught by Lebowski at Honor Hold.
I would bet it is also taught by Zebig at Thrallmar although I haven't confirmed it.
You must be 60 and have 300 engineering skill.
