To be exact, +15 str with kings would give 33 ap and 8.25 block value for warriors, 37.95 ap and 9.4875 block value for paladins (assuming 5/5 Divine Strength) and 33 ap and 4.125 parry rating for Death Knights.
For fury wars as of patch 3.1, this enchant gives 15 STR + 20% -> 18 STR or 36 AP, making it supperior to this. Include kings and you are set...
