TheWoWDBBest way to level up from 350 to 360 letherworking skill. It is orange until 355, then turn in yellow but i still got one level point for each item crafted until 360.
I don't remember but i think it requires 350 skill points to be teached from the Master Leatherworking Trainer in Shattrath City ( http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=19187 )

Despite turning green at 360 I still got a skill up per crafting up to 365. Might have just been sheer luck, but given how much cheaper these are to make than any of your other options by this stage its worth a go!
