I agree with the other responses. The way they did it makes sense. What I do wish was different as far as first aid goes is that your skill should improve when you actually bandage someone, not only when you make bandages. And, it would be great if you could convert your regular bandages into heavy bandages at, say 2 for 1.
If you mean the bandages - yes, you can buy them for AH. If you mean the manual - no, it's BoP.
