The pattern doesn't say so and none of the raid drop patterns in TBC have required a spec. so I would think it's just normal LW. The fact that it only takes 365 is kind of odd though.
It's 365 as a /nod from Blizz to help skilling up for all the people who had to go LW for Drumwell.
