TheWoWDBBest cloak enchant available for endgame tanks who are crit immune anyway. Definitely the cloak enchant of choice for tanking ICC.

Prior to patch 5.0.4 this used to provide 225 Armor and was named [Enchant Cloak - Mighty Armor]. Unlike the armor enchants from Classic and TBC, this was probably changed since it was still popular because of cheap mats compared to the Cataclysm enchant which provided a miniscule upgrade of 25 Armor (but was similarly changed to provide Stamina in 5.0.4).
This seems to be a bug. The recipe shows when you click another person's enchanting link. At the same time, it doesn't show in that person's enchanting menu.
