This is another case of min-max enchanting. The mats are totally out of line with the measly 10 spirit gain and threat reduction.
The haste enchant is much more value for less mats.
While it is nice to see them add the 10 spirit onto this enchant I think as a healer I'd rather stick with haste to cloak.
