As previously stated, there is indeed a leatherworkers' only equivalent of this: Nerubian Leg Reinforcements. The benefit is that the mats are a ton cheaper; just 2x Nerubian Chitins, no arctic fur and no frozen orb. They also have access to a cheap/low mat equivalent of the epic stam/agi leg armor: Jormungar Leg Reinforcements. As an added perk, the recipes can be learned at a much lower LW skill than the standard epic kits, allowing the crafter to take advantage of them sooner.
