Enchanting Vellum

The description states, "Can be targeted by permanent enchantments intended for Armor. Once absorbed, the scroll can be used by anyone to cast their enchantment."

Looks like enchanters finally have a way to sell their enchants on the AH and to trade enchants between characters on their account.

Your numbers are way out: Level 1 works on enchantments with no declared level, as you state. Level 2 works on BC enchants that require lvl35+ items, which is almost opposite of what you state. Level 3 works on LK enchants that require lvl60+ items, again very different from what you've posted. 9/10 for trying to help, but -100/10 for accuracy.

As of 4.01, it appears that this single vellum replaces all the previous vellums (Enchanting Vellum II, III, Weapon Vellum I, II and III). If you had those other vellums, they will have become one of a variety of Ruined Vellums, which can be used to grant a copy of this (usable) vellum instead.
