TheWoWDBGuess this is going to be the new BEST choice for Enhancement shamans, or maybe not, depending, if you need over 20% (it is almost base Crit%, the lowest I could get was 18%), and the sooner your Maelstrom is ready, the sooner you get to deliver your newly charged LB, + the AP + the 5Spell power you get from 16AP + critical chance also for spells, it should be the best choice for Enhancement shaman, Unless the Epic gems, but that is whole different story...
