Depending on your server, Earthsiege Diamonds can range from 25-40 gold. If you ever see some at around 25 a piece, pick up as many as you can and cut them into this pattern.
Relentless Earthsieges generally sell for a minimum of 50g on peak nights (Tuesday-Thursday), and if you catch the market right you can easily make back what you paid for the uncut Earthsieges, and get to 450 JC'ing quicker!
