I found this gem while grinding wailing winds (I think thats the name) in storm peaks. Really surprised my jc friend, she hadn't heard of any BoE drops yet. Im not sure if its a world drop or what, but I killed the mobs in that cave (coordinates 62.5,40.5) for 2 hours and it dropped after an hour and a half
