This is a good recipe for covering 375-380 Tailoring.
It took me exactly 6 casts (this is pretty consistent with others' experience too, don't let the green color fool you) to go from 375 to 380 with this recipe, a pittance of 30 Frostweave Cloth instead of using Frostwoven Belts — which would have made the same 5 points cost 75 raw cloth.
In fact, even if it took you 15 casts to get these 5 points (extremely unlikely), you'd break even with using Frostwoven Belts. Make nets!
Frostwoven Belts do have disenchant value, but they produce a pretty low amount of materials. In my experience, it doesn't make up for the cost of 40-50 extra pieces of Frostweave. Plus, if you do any PvP at all, use the nets instead of vendoring them. They're fun!

As of 5.3 and without any guild perk ([spell=83949] nor [spell=118021]) it took me 20 casts of this to do 375-380. So you can expect this to cost a bit more especially if you're on a low level guild or none at all.
