For these gems that you can design it says you can have a Maximum of 3 jeweler's gems socketed in your equipment, Does this mean equipment that you're wearing at the time? Can you have 3 in a raid set and 3 in your pvp set?
You can only have 3 on your equipment. So you can have 3 in your raid and 3 in your pvp, but you still would only be able to have up to 3 gems on your equipped gear.
