TheWoWDBThis looks like a nice PVP trinket. This will be real nice if you socket it with 2 of the 41 stamina dragon's eyes. The dragon's eye are prismatic, which means they count as any color, so you get the socket bonus (+9 stamina) 41+41+62+9 = a whopping 153 stamina. Plus you can run really fast every 3 minutes :)

You actually only need 400 in Jewelcrafting to be able to learn this from trainers.
One potential use for this is the Anub'Rekhan fight in Naxx as a tank, you'll want some sort of speed boost to beat the locust swarm, and with 2x24 gems this trinket evens out to 110 stamina, only 1 less than the Essence of Gossamer, you could use this cd every other locust swarm and use your shield wall in the one between.
