TheWoWDBIs there a trick to this that I don't know about? I've been to Deilo the trainer on Azuremyst, but he will not teach this to me. It doesn't even come up as being available. I have maxed out gnomish engineering, but I don't have this recipe. Any idea anyone?

I'm going to assume that this recipe acts like some of the other 600 level recipes that only allow you to train recipes that you can use. My engineer is a hunter, so I've only been able to train the "mail" version of this item.
