TheWoWDBI'm confused as to where to get this. The guide says that its available at a trainer but not of the ones listed have it available. Is there some requirement needed to get it other than the 440 skill level?

Just tried to train them at 430 and they were red.
incorrect u can only see the goggles that ur class specs can use eg: hunters only get Truesight Ice Blinders but shammies get Truesight Ice Blinders and Electroflux Sight Enhancers
