TheWoWDBI dunno, the titanium should be relatively cheap, and the other mats are easy farmables. The only expensive thing would be the Eyes, which on my server, go for about 250-300g. If you're a JC with about 10 days of downtime, it's a superb tanking neckless, especially if you have it before you hit 80.

I dont see what is wrong with what Celirris said. My Prot Paly isn't my main toon, but I have made sure to log him to do the dailies every day. As it is, he is lvl 75 with 441 JC skill and almost all of the patterns he'll ever need. He has already crafted this neck piece btw.
It requires level 80 to be equipped, so your last point is moot.
