TheWoWDBYou might want to see if you can get some of this from friends or the AH so you don't waste mats levelling up to 300, where you can learn this for yourself.
As of 3.0.2, there are no glyphs that are orange/red from about 295. So unless you're lucky with the the DK glyphs, you will end up wasting some mats better used elsewhere.

Mundy is correct, between 295 and 300 the only recipe that is orange/yellow is a Scroll that requires Ethereal Ink. DO NOT waste your mats trying to play the Green Game, just go bum some Ink off of someone and then get to 300 the easy way.
Speaking of this on Oct. 12, 2018, in the current state of Inscription in BfA, Wowhead's information seems to be incorrect in that the only way to learn this & other Outland Inscription skills appears to be from the Inscription bookcase in the Scryers Library in Shattrath. (I have another comment on the Outland Inscription page with other information.)
