This recipe can be purchased from Misensi(Horde) or Derek Odds(Alliance) in Dalaran or Mera Mistrunner(A/H) in Icecrown for 3 Dalaran Cooking Awards.
The mats for this I found very easy to get hold of. Chunk o' Mammoth is plentiful on the AH, and Rockfin Grouper is usually very cheap as it isn't used to create a buff food.
I had to fish up many Monsterbelly, but you can use this recipe to level cooking skill to maximum, and it stays yellow! :D
Also be aware that vendors give 1g each per feast. So all that effort didn't go to waste if you don't really like the 'fun' buff.
