TheWoWDBI'm pretty sure the reference was intended to be that it is the best enchant for a tank. Methinks I'd chuckle if I saw a mage with this. :)

Sadly, for bear druids this is overshadowed by the 30 stamina pvp enchant. Tanking is currently extremely stamina-based, even moreso for druids.

Assuming I did my math correctly, it ends up giving the following bonuses at level 80:
* Dodge: +1.44%
* Block: +0.12%
* Parry: +0.12%
