If you look at the recipes that use Autumnal Herbs, they certainly appear to be traditional Thanksgiving foods (Turkey, Pumpkin Pie, Candied Yams, and Cranberry Chutney). Add to that the name of the herbs including "Autumnal" and we can place the time of release as sometime in Autumn with a fair amount of certainty. In other words, I do believe you're right. :)
