Venomhide Ravasaur

This has nothing to do with comparisons to the Winterspring Frostsaber. There are still plans for providing an equivalent reward for the Horde, but it's not happening in 3.1.

The ravasaur trainer Mor'vek has returned to Un'Goro and will offer to help Horde players raise and train a Venomhide Ravasaur as a mount... if they can survive the creature's deadly poison.

Information straight from PTR testing. To start getting this mount, you need to do some quests for Mor'vek. The first one is to make sure you're resilient to the Venomhide poison, so you need to get splashed by the blood of Venomhide Ravasaurs 20 times. The blood is splashed on you via simple meleeing (as far as I know). You can have more than one debuff on you at the same time. It's best to get naked while doing it and melee swing. I don't know if casting while close to the ravasaur works to get the debuff or not.

Follow-up quest: Acquire 4 Venomhide Raptor Eggs. The eggs are scattered around the marshlands in nests. They're the only egg that IS NOT purple.

Another follow-up. After the above quest you are given a venomhide raptor hatchling. It is a non-combat pet similar to the orphans for children's week. For it to mature, it'll need to lose 20 baby teeth. The baby teeth are lost via doing quests, as a sense of development and aging over time. You also need to bring 20 runecloth and 20 rugged leather to Mor'vek for the saddle. Oh, and 80 gold.

The baby tooth quests are DAILY, and you get 1 per day. It'll take 20 days to get your mount. Have fun!
