This was a long hunt! Dropped the cute mini raptor in a nest in the pool's hall, on the cliff. About 4 hours wait divided in 3 days. Now I'm soooooooo happy!
The Razormaw Hatchling no longer drops from the [npc=1140]. The Razormaw Hatchling now drops from the [object=202083] and now has a 100% drop rate.
The Razormaw Hatchling drops in the Wetlands in a cave. The entrance to the cave is found on the northeast corner of the Wetlands in an area called Raptor Ridge. The map provided on the [object=202083] page shows the location of the nest.
