TheWoWDBIMO: These should only be crafted for the purpose of leveling JC or if you need Chimeras Eyes, as the Alchemy transmute (3 uncommon gems into 1 rare gem of the same color) has no cooldown. So:
18 uncommon gems + a few herbs = 6-12 rare gems (if Alchemist is transmute spec)
18 uncommon gems to craft this = 1-3 rare gems and/or Chimeras Eye

Not sure why wowhead states that this item is green at 500...It stays orange even until 525...
i dont rember what lvl i trained this at but im at 507 and its still current orange so the dificulty needs to be updated and its located in the other section not consumable like icy prism
