Currently I think the animation must be bugged. But it's freaking insane at the moment...it's sort of a firey glow, that cycles through different colors to represent different elements, with snowflakes, rocks, and leaves falling down from it.
Except...it's huge, right now. And by huge, I mean bigger than my human male character, bigger than a draenei. It looks like I strapped a rocket to my weapon, or if my weapon is unsheathed, it looks like I have a flamethrower with me.
Edit: The above comment was made in the Cata beta. For a long time now the enchant has been normal-size. But the above was true back in the day!
Elemental Disruption appears to be the effect from this enchant.
