Agreed. This is really lame. Why cant there be an actually good cloak tanking enchant...
A 10% increase is pretty lame when the item budget for non-tank cloak enchants doubled or tripled. For example 22-23 haste or agility is now 50 intellect or 65 critical strike. Edit: added links
