I used the following script to determine how Lavawalker and Earthen Vitality work with Inner Will.

bS = base speed
gS = ground speed
fS = flight speed
sS = swim speedResults:
Inner Fire = 100%
Inner Fire + Lavawalker = 108%
Inner Will = 110%
Inner Will + Lavawalker = 110%Conclusion: Inner will will override Lavawalker/Earthen Vitality. The two buffs DO NOT stack.
Enchant Boots - Earthen Vitality is cataclysm's version of Tuskarr's Vitality imho.
