Effectively, you can level your skill by 10 points (between 480 when you learn the recipe and 490 when it turns yellow) by making two of these bags at a cost of 30 bolts (=150 embersilk). This works out to 3 bolts per level. That is less than most other recipes in this range, which require 4 bolts per level. You will have to cough up for the Hypnotic Dust x30 though. On the other hand, you get two nice 22-slot bags :-).
