In terms of raw materials, and disregarding the cost of the pattern in the first place, you're looking at 320 Embersilk Cloth (16 stacks), and either 240 assorted Volatiles and a couple of weeks' worth of your friendly neighbourhood tailor's cooldowns or 40 of his Chaos Orbs. Expect to pay through the nose for these until it gets to the point where Chaos Orbs are dropping like candy and the cooldowns on making Dreamcloth become a non-issue.
