For reference the 'Frozen Orb vendor gnomey guy' is Frozo the Renowned just outside Like Clockwork in the magus exchange section of dalaran. He's on a flying carpet.

Just made this carpet - super pretty colors. With no cloth cooldown it's pretty easy to make, just 1 of each specialty cloth.
In keeping with the Aladdin theme, the mouse rollover text says "A new fantastic point of view!" very cute :)
